Authentic Taekwondo

Located in the suburb of Markham, Authentic Taekwondo has etched an impressive 25-year history onto its mats. What is particularly admirable about their system is their highly professional, age-segmented approach. The programs are structured incredibly well, ranging from the adorable "Little Dragons" (ages 3-6) class where kids toddle through basic stances, to beginner classes, up to the high-intensity teen (12+) and adult classes. A long-time acquaintance and parent couldn't praise it enough, telling me how their shy child gained tremendous confidence and vitality in just a few months under their systematic instruction.
